Frequently Asked Questions

You can reach us at majorsbaseballclub@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question here.

Simplest answer for locals... we are behind Broadford Secondary College.

From the Main Street, turn down Pinniger Street, go past the high school and head all the way to the end. We are located in between the Soccer Field and Basketball Stadium.

Our address is 35 Mollison Street, Broadford

The best way to check things out is to head down to a training session on a Wednesday night at 6.00pm. Drop in and say hi, we love to meet new people!  Ask for our Secretary, Coach or President and one of these guys will show you around and give you all the info you need.

Nope. We offer training for all skill levels including those who have never picked up a ball before. We believe anyone is capable of playing baseball.

NEVER!  We have such a broad range of ages across all of our teams, from 14 years old to the well seasoned players in their 60's.  If you can still move your body and hold a bat, you are welcome here.

To play senior baseball, you must be 14 years of age.  Proof of age is required for registration purposes.

Sadly yes.  We wish we could offer everything for free, but as with anything these days, we do have running costs we need to cover.  There are two fees applicable.  Club fee's and Baseball Victoria registration. These vary season to season and will be covered in your first training session.

Getting your own Majors jersey and cap is another necessity, you can see our uniform details here.

Absolutely! We have gloves, bats and helmets for everyone to use.  We do highly recommend getting your own glove as most players do prefer this. But, we've got you covered when it comes to equipment.

Junior Baseball is for kids aged 11 to 14.

At this stage we do not have the numbers to run Juniors, however we would love nothing more than to see the young ones out on the field again. Please use the contact us form and send us your expression of interest.
